Exhibit Dismantling Begins
*All exhibitors need to remove their material from their booths as soon as possible when the show closes so the decorator can tear down the booths.

BOOTH MATERIALS:
We are strongly encouraging all exhibitors to make your booth as simple as possible, and to “hand-carry” your booth items to the show.

Note: We cannot guarantee shipments directly to the Intercontinental Hotel from other countries.

BOOTH PERSONNEL REGISTRATION:
If you have not already registered, please fill out a registration form so your booth personnel will be issued badges. There is No Charge the visit the exhibition, however, if you would like to attend the Symposium on April 15th, there is a registration fee.
