Heavy Duty
Remanufacturing Group Grows
December 5, 2006
CHANTILLY, VA – The Heavy Duty Remanufacturing Group (HDRG) announced today
that they are currently 283 members strong. HDRG is a Division of the
Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association.
HDRG Chairman, Mike Hill, who is President of Precision Rebuilders, Inc. in
St. Clair, Missouri, stated “APRA organized this group to better represent
the heavy duty remanufacturers on legislative issues and governmental
affairs. HDRG provides opportunities for remanufacturers to network across
all product lines and promotes the use of remanufacturerd products as
quality alternatives to new and used units.”
“HDRG’s membership consists of members who are involved in the heavy duty
remanufacturing of a variety of parts used in trucks, off-road vehicles,
construction, marine and industrial applications,” commented APRA’s
President, Bill Gager.
“As we make plans for our first Heavy Duty Remanufacturing Group Summit in
Las Vegas on January 22, 2007 prior to Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week, we are
kicking off our first membership drive. We invite all remanufacturers of
heavy duty parts to check us out and join the group,” added Gager.
