 Driving Quality
 Bill Bowman owns the consulting company PROBLEMETRICS® Problem Solving by the Numbers and specializes in solving problems in the automotive electrical/electronics industry. His areas of expertise are: product/process improvement and product design/development. In addition to his many years of experience in the OE world, he has been involved with in the aftermarket for over 10 years. His primary focus in the aftermarket is in the area of solving cost, quality and warranty problems. Bill writes the “Driving Quality” column to help people in the aftermarket to improve the quality of their products and services.
