Michigan House Bill 4344 Limits Use of Remanufactured Parts
On June 6, Michigan House Bill 4344 was presented to the Governor for his signature–it's not known if he will sign. According to the latest analysis, a shop would be able to use parts from a non-OEM only if the customer direct this to be done in writing. APRA is concerned that this would limit the responsible use of remanufactured parts by the consumers.
